Terms of Use

In consideration for my being granted access to the Members Only section of the NAID website (the "Members Only Section"), I hereby agree as follows:

  1. The materials contained in the Members Only section are solely for the benefit and use of authorized NAID Members. Unauthorized access to this website is a crime and may be prosecuted by NAID.

  2. Unless otherwise permitted in writing by the acting NAID Executive Director, I will not distribute, give, sell, transmit or otherwise disclose any of the materials, or allow any third party to sell, transmit, or otherwise disclose, to any person other than my employees and professional advisors that have need to use such material in connection with service they provide for me (a "Permitted Recipient"). Furthermore, I will not disclose the information to any Permitted Recipient unless the Permitted Recipient has agreed to be bound by the restrictions and terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  3. I will not provide, or permit others to provide, access to the Members Only Section to any person other than an authorized NAID member.

  4. I understand and agree that NAID is not responsible for the accuracy of any information submitted by third parties that is contained in the Members Only Section.

  5. I understand and agree that the information contained on the Members Only Section is advisory only and I agree that I will not rely on any such information without first obtaining appropriate advice or counsel from experts or other qualified advisors.

  6. I agree that NAID, its directors, officers, employees or agents are not responsible for any damage or loss arising out of or in any way related to my use of the information contained on the Member Only Section, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAID, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, and their heirs, successors and assigns (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any claim, loss, damage, or expense of whatever nature (including attorneys’ fees) which the Indemnified Parties may hereafter incur or sustain arising out of, by reason of, or in any way related or attributable to my use of the Members Only Section or the information contained therein.
