DUMPER OF DOCUMENTS SPEAKS OUT

October 30, 2009- The manager of an assisted living facility that dumped thousands of sensitive documents in a public recycling center has apologized and pledged to do whatever it takes to regain the trust of the public and employees.  The documents contained sensitive information of both current and past residents and employees. While the apology may provide some comfort, the Kansas state Attorney General will still proceed with an investigation of the matter.
