ARLINGTON TRASH BIN YIELDS SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS

October 2, 2009- Sales documents, belonging to K. Hovnanian Homes, were discovered in an Arlington dumpster by a local citizen. When contacted, the local District Attorney stated that while not a crime the dumping was reckless and could have led to a disaster. The homebuilder claims that they contract destructions services to an outside vendor, and is trying to figure out how the documents ended up in the dumpster.
